Lenka Zdeborová
Lenka Zdeborová is a Czech physicist and computer scientist, and a professor at EPFL. Her research uses ideas from statistical physics to understand machine learning, inference, optimisation, and constraint-satisfaction problems.

Florent Krzakala
Florent Krzakala is a French physicist and applied mathematician, and a professor at EPFL. His work began with spin glasses and disordered systems, and now explores the links between statistical physics, computer science, statistics, signal processing, and machine learning.
